Refund policy
Order Cancellation and Modification Policy
We process and ship orders very quickly; therefore, we cannot guarantee modifications or cancellations after the order has been confirmed.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact our customer support as soon as possible by email at support@solniera.com.
We will do our best to modify or cancel the order only if it has not yet been processed by our warehouse.
To speed up the processing of your request, please include “Cancel my order” in the subject line of your email and include your full name and order number in the message.
Returns and Refund Policy
If the order has already been shipped, you may still return it for a refund, subject to the following conditions.
Our refund policy is valid for 30 days.
If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- The shipping label must be present and intact.
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have already been used.
Non-refundable items:
- Gift cards
- Digital books
To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.
We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically credited to your original method of payment within one week.
Shipping costs can only be refunded in the case of cancellation before the package has been shipped.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not yet received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company (posting times may vary).
- Contact your bank (processing times are usually 7–14 business days).

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded.
Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us by email at support@solniera.com.
Return Shipping
To return a product, please contact us by email at support@solniera.com.
We will provide you with the procedure and the appropriate warehouse address for the return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
In the case of a refund, return shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until they are received.
For items valued at over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
