WHERE ARE YOUR DATA TRANSFERRED?

DATA RETENTION

  • Prospects: up to 3 years after the last contact
  • Customers and orders: 5 years in active archives + 5 years in intermediate archives
  • Banking data: for the validity period of the card (plus one day)
  • Cookies: according to the durations indicated in the cookie section
