Returns and Exchanges

At Solniera, we make every effort to ensure that our product descriptions are as detailed as possible, preventing any surprises at the time of delivery.
For us, it is essential that customers know exactly what they are purchasing.

Order Cancellation Policy

We take pride in our ability to process all orders placed on our website quickly.
Most orders are processed within 12 hours.

If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, please contact us as soon as possible by email at support@solniera.com.

Since the vast majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is essential that you contact us within this timeframe so that we can attempt to cancel the order before it is processed and/or shipped.

We will not be able to accept any cancellation requests if the order has already been processed.

Shipping Address Errors

It is the customer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the shipping address and contact us quickly if a modification is required.
Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed.

We cannot be held responsible for incorrect shipping information or for orders that are rejected or undeliverable (inaccessible addresses, incomplete information, etc.).

In such cases, packages may be returned to the sender, although this is not always guaranteed.

If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you:

  • a refund of the order, minus the shipping costs, or
  • a reshipment, according to your preference.

You will not be eligible for a reshipment or refund until the package has been received by the sender.

Return Policy

We accept returns* for any reason, including dissatisfaction or simply a change of mind.

The return period is 14 days from the date of product delivery.

If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply complete the return form, sign it, and send it along with the package to the address that will be provided after contacting our customer support at support@solniera.com.
